Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with the client to deliver digital projects. They will lead and support the client's presence across their products. This role requires guiding digital communications efforts across multiple channels and platforms, especially design systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to define strategic plans. They will also work closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Job Details

The Senior Project Manager plays an integral role in collaborating closely with our client to deliver on digital projects which drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites. You will take a leadership role and support our client’s presence across all of their products. Their digital properties are a showcase for Internet standards and innovation in addition to being a critical part of the product marketing strategy.  

Candidates for this position must have a solid track record of guiding key digital communications efforts across multiple channels and a range of platforms - specifically design systems. This role will require close collaboration with internal creative and development teams, as well as other business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans.

You Have: 

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital project management supporting the marketing and development of digital communications across a variety of channels and platforms
  • 4+ years’ developing marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners
  • Experience managing design systems is a must 
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies  
  • Experience with iWork & Office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting and change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques
  • Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies
