- 7+ years of Project Management experience with complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- PMI-PMP certification (must be current).
- Strong experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid experience with SDLC and project documentation practices.
- Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM onsite.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
- Experience working within local, state, or federal government.
- Prior exposure to public safety systems.
- Able to pass a Baltimore County Police Department background check.

Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

- Lead and manage large-scale Public Safety IT projects.
- Identify and mitigate project issues and risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Create and manage SDLC/PMI-aligned documentation.
- Conduct meetings, prepare agendas, and status reports.
- Provide executive-level communication and reporting.
- Propose strategies to improve cost-efficiency and performance.
Minimum Qualifications:- 7+ years of Project Management experience with complex projects.
