Job Details
N-iX is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Experience with Embedded projects) to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects and teams
- Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
- Building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
- Manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc
- Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing project/account teams
- Ensure teams follow best practices on the project
- Track project progress, ensure smooth processes and execution process improvements
- Travel to the client for business trips when necessary
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of project management experience
- Strong project management knowledge and experience
- Past experience working on a technical roles (e.g Team Lead)
- Experience working with embedded/IoT projects
- Teamwork mindset
- English — Upper -Intermediate (B2) or higher
Nice to have:
- PMP certificate (or similar)
