Senior Publishing Producer - Tomb Raider Franchise

Amazon Games is looking for a Senior Publishing Producer to join our Tomb Raider Franchise team. In partnership with Crystal Dynamics, we are developing and publishing the next AAA Tomb Raider game.

Key job responsibilities

- Join a publishing team dedicated to building and cultivating a global workforce that reflects the diversity of the Tomb Raider fan base.
- Earn trust with your Amazon and Crystal Dynamics teammates.
- Create and manage production processes including validating milestones, tracking development progress, and managing risk with multiple contributors including the development team, internal partners, and occasionally external agencies.
- Use data and current tasks status to ensure predictability and integrity of delivery schedules.
- Implement development approval and review processes to ensure buy-in from product leadership, marketing leadership, and Amazon Games executive leadership.
- Drive production communication for a multidisciplinary publishing organization including Development, QA, Business Operations, and more internal and external teams.
