Senior QA Engineer

Join CD PROJEKT RED and be part of the development of Cyberpunk2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to serve as a link between development and quality assurance. This is an opportunity to join an innovative game and play a pivotal role in ensuring its quality and stability. As the first dedicated Senior QA Engineer on Cyberpunk 2 project, you'll play a key role in defining the game’s automated testing strategy from the ground up. You will be joining the team, which improves the development experience for all Cyberpunk 2 teams. Examples include creating and maintaining automation test frameworks, managing build farms, source control, and automated deployment pipelines. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project Engineering, Tech Art, Art, QA, and DevOps teams, as well as central development services, to ensure efficient integration and deployment of testing frameworks and tools.
• Provide comprehensive test progress reports, proactively identifying and escalating critical issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain project timelines.
• Participate in code review process
• Participate in all parts of the Agile development cycle.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level test engineers, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Proactively monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of build and test failures.
