The project aims to reshape and fundamentally optimize the landscape of Private Bank Operations Germany and other Banking Workflow areas.

By introducing functionalities such as Pattern Detection, Forecasting, Centralized Steering and Centralized Employee-Skill Management Systems, it will allow the Bank to systematically predict and optimally allocate incoming workload and existing case-backlog to over 4000 Operations Employees.

At its core, the Project Application is made up of Python microservices, which handle the data processing part. It is also complemented by JAVA microservices and a front-end developed in Angular.

The Agile Team consists of around 15 people, covering various roles: Product Owner, Data Scientists, Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Business Analysts, DevOps, Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

Exploratory testing of business workflows

Manually testing the interaction between multiple interconnected microservices and applications

Validating data quality across systems (not necessary high volume of data, but high integrity)

Provide input on test design and test coverage

Must have

A curious and enthusiastic colleague

someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and is eager to understand the business needs

Experience of manual testing on backend-heavy applications (or workflow-systems is highly appreciated)

Technically passionate

aiming to understand the core technical topics during meetings and corelating them to possible test-scenarios

Nice to have

Previous experience in banking
