Your Role

We’re hiring Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to join our team and contribute to the development of world-class software products used by athletes and fans across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration. You’ll uphold and promote our values as a core member of an autonomous team following Agile methodology.
  • Strategic testing. You’ll use your customer and system understanding to create risk-based testing approaches and plans that focus on user experiences. Overall, you’ll ensure our products meet and exceed user expectations.
  • Automation. By aligning our processes with development speed, you’ll make informed decisions on what, how and when to automate.
  • Mentoring. You'll use your technical and quality understanding to guide others on the team to level up their skills. As the go-to person for product quality, you’ll influence and motivate teams to incorporate quality best practices in everything they do.

We'd like to hire people for these roles who live near our offices in Lincoln and Omaha, but we're also open to remote candidates in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin or Dallas.

Must-Haves

  • A focus on quality. You understand the big picture and strive to use what you know to improve quality and velocity.
  • Technical know-how. You have in-depth experience with testing desktop, web and/or mobile applications, and deep knowledge of automation using tools such as Selenium, Gherkin and Playwright. You've implemented the test pyramid and have experience working with developers and QA to shift testing left.
  • A coach. You have a track record of mentoring, connecting with, and improving those around you.
  • Customer driven. You think critically about the user experience and ensure our testing approach adapts to their workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Working with a global team. Our product team is currently spread across the U.S. and Europe, and remote collaboration skills will be part of the job.
  • A sports enthusiast. You’ve had exposure to sports, either through direct involvement or through an athlete or coach close to you. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the sports technology industry.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
