We are looking for a talented and creative senior quant developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex quantitative models, analytics, and tools to support the blockchain trading analytics and risk management activities of the company. You will work closely with product managers, implementation partners, and senior technical folks to understand the requirements, create unique models based out of requirements, develop solutions that meet the company needs. You will also collaborate with other technology teams to ensure the efficient implementation and integration of these solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement complex quantitative models and analytics, including pricing models, risk models, and portfolio optimization models.

• Collaborate with product managers, and technology executives to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

• Develop and maintain software tools and libraries for pricing, risk management, and portfolio optimization.

• Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure the efficient implementation and integration of these solutions.

• Develop and maintain automated testing, deployment, and monitoring systems to ensure the reliability and performance of the software.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance, and apply this knowledge to improve the company's calculation engine.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred from top notch institutions like IIT, IISC, MIT, Berkley, Stanford even though not a requirement

• Minimum 5 Plus years of experience in developing quantitative models and analytics in a financial services environment.

. Strong Data Structures and Algorithms working knoweldge

• Low Latency in compile time languages like C++, Java, golang experience

• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or other quantitative programming languages.

• Knowledge of financial markets, blockchain, financial products, and risk management principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Interview Process:

• Initial Quant interview testing basic quant skills and light coding

• A practical problem to be solved in coderpad or any online editor session for 45 mins

• Large scale system design and some more Quant Tech developer questions

• Offer details, determine start date
