Senior Recruiter (3-month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract in the U.S.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from the kickoff meeting to the offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build a pipeline of top talent by researching and sourcing candidates.
• Qualify candidates for the roles, ensuring a technical fit and an alignment or addition to our company culture.
• Build and manage relationships with your internal and external stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, internal partners), ensuring a high level of collaboration.
• Act as an advisor and partner for the business in promoting good recruitment practices and helping them solve their recruiting challenges

What we're looking for

• Experience with full-cycle tech recruiting in the hi-tech industry or technical searching background from recruitment firms.
• Extensive experience working on highly technical roles in high demand in the market.
• Experience promoting diversity and inclusion in recruiting.
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment, strongly emphasizing the candidate's experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful collaboration with distributed and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrable track record of success in a global corporate recruiting environment
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and GEM
