Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter at EA, you will guide hiring leaders, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers, conducting interviews, actively participating in diversity initiatives, engaging with gaming communities, and utilizing data to inform recruitment decisions. You will leverage online platforms and networking to identify and evaluate qualified applicants. This role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, working within a fast-paced environment and across diverse teams. A passion for games and 7+ years of technical recruitment experience are essential.

Senior Recruiter, Global Talent Acquisition

What You Will Do

  • Guide and support hiring leaders understand candidate skills, recruiting processes, hiring strategies and market conditions. You will consult with hiring managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement sourcing strategies.

  • Promotes a candidate-focused approach, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Actively participate and lead diversity initiatives through building partnerships, networking and community engagement.

  • Be an advocate and example of EA's core values and beliefs which include creativity, pioneering innovation, collaboration, passion for games, and putting players first. These values guide our approach to creating engaging and high-quality gaming experiences, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity

  • Identify and evaluate qualified applicants by conducting screening and onsite interviews, while creatively sourcing candidates through online platforms, and building networks on LinkedIn and other local platforms.

  • Engage with local gaming communities to showcase EA's culture, positioning EA as a desirable employer within the gaming community.

  • Utilize our systems of record to gather and analyze data, drawing insightful conclusions and making informed recommendations. Effectively present findings to various stakeholders, tailoring the communication style to suit the audience's needs, and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.

  • You will be reporting to the Asia Regional Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of technical recruitment experience.

  • Passion for games or entertainment.

  • Consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization.

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills by managing change and handling deadlines effectively. Excel in task management and prioritization of competing tasks within a fast-paced environment.

  • Utilize inclusive communication skills to ensure all partners are informed of Talent Acquisition efforts and strategies. Excel in diverse, cross-regional, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
