Responsibilities: The Reliability Technician will carry out the following technical functions in support of product reliability qualification and monitoring:
Electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment
Loading and unloading of IC components onto burn-in boards
Loading and unloading burn-in boards into test chambers (must be able to lift 40 lbs.)
DOPL Loading and unloading of reliability test boards
Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits
Loading and unloading units for High Voltage Isolation test boards
Debug the failure from High Voltage Isolation Test
