Job Description

Avataar is seeking a Senior Research Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, and Machine Learning. You will work on cutting-edge research and implement practical applications using generative models, deep learning, and neural rendering. Strong Python, C++, and deep learning framework experience is required. Must have publications in top-tier conferences.

About the job

What will you work on:

As a Research Engineer, you will be working with state-of-the art research on generative models, deep learning, and neural rendering, and making them practical for real-world applications.

What we look for:

3+ years of relevant engineering or research experience in Computer Vision/ Computer Graphics/ Machine Learning.

Ability to research, prototype and implement new algorithms.

Proficiency in coding with Python, C++ and experience with popular deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/Jax).

One or more publications in Tier 1 Computer Vision/Machine Learning/Computer Graphics conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, TPAMI, SIGGRAPH etc.).

Bachelor’s or Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with focus on artificial intelligence or equivalent industrial research experience.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills. ● Good communication and teamwork skills.
