The Role

YouGov is looking for a passionate Senior Research Executive to join our dynamic and fast-growing syndicated research team where you will be managing a range of other Australian clients across a few sectors. Working closely and seamlessly with the Associate Director for Products, a Research Manager and team, you will be an important part of the syndicated delivery to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative approach across departments (New Business, Key Account, and Data Products), to drive YouGov's shared objectives and deliver on our mission of providing accurate data and insights
• High-level client facing activities – onboarding sessions, client training sessions, insights report delivery and technical Sales demonstrations.
• Client training on the syndicated Data products, including initial consultation and on-boarding workshops.
• Assist Research Manager, Team, and New Business Development function with technical demonstrations for new business prospects.
• Insights report delivery both in-person and virtual settings.
• Support ownership of a client patch and consequent client success criteria – proactive client management skills are an integral part of this role.
• Delivery of high-quality reports and insights that empower our clients to make informed and game-changing business decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to quality-check reports and surveys.
• Analyze and Visualize data and being able to Develop engaging and insightful reports.

Qualifications

• A track record of high-quality quantitative research design and delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts to organize and deliver fast-turnaround projects and requests successfully.
• Excellent client service driven by great written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in market research, business analytics or marketing.
• Confident with basic statistical analysis.
