We have determined and proactive individuals working with us. The recruitment department helps find unique employees who will make Playrix even better and take the company to the next level.

Recruitment is one of our key business areas, and our goal is to become the number one in the industry. In this role, you will face new challenges and a fast-paced environment, have the opportunity to influence processes, lead initiatives, and test new hypotheses. Currently, the company is focused on hiring A-players, so we need your creativity, boldness, and resourcefulness.

Tasks

  • Leading initiatives and continuous process improvement

  • Developing and implementing strategies for finding the best candidates

  • Configuring an effective search strategy

  • Working with the candidate database and being responsible for the referral program

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates from various channels

  • Collaborating with recruiters and management to optimize the strategy

  • Implementing modern recruiting and sourcing methods

Requirements

  • Having at least 3 years of experience in IT or gamedev recruitment/sourcing

  • Being proficient in using X-ray and Boolean search, as well as other key candidate sourcing channels and tools

  • Data-driven approach and making decisions based on metrics

  • Effectively handling a large volume of information and managing your time efficiently

  • Possessing the ability to structure information and communicate it effectively to colleagues
