DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Leads assigned retail marketing activities for hardware, software, accessories, product launches, promotional sales offers, and campaign plans.
Leads the production and development process of point of purchase (POP) signage placed at retail.
Provides merchandising direction to Nintendo Brand Ambassadors and 3rd party teams.
Provides creative direction and brand guidelines, as well as performs creative reviews, on retailer implemented in-store and online tactics, including but not limited to, onsite banners, in-store signage, online brand pages, full page flyers, and holiday
Manages retail marketing projects from start to finish, including but not limited to, collaboration with design teams, vendor communication, budget tracking, coordination of shipping and receiving, direction for installation and reporting on results.
Collaborates with internal Nintendo stakeholders, National Account Managers, and retailers to implement unique and innovative in-store retail initiatives, semi-permanent branding opportunities, and online retail projects.
Communicates with internal Nintendo departments, vendors, external partners, and senior leadership regarding project status, timelines and legal requirements.
Leads the end-to-end creation and management of giveaways, gift with purchases and consumer handouts (brochures/flyers).
Procures and develops necessary in-store display materials to support product launches and ongoing sales of products, including title sheets, display boxes, and empty cases.
Creates requisitions for Retail projects and activity and manages end-to-end PO process.
Manages and tracks all campaign budget and spend for launches and below the line activity.
Acts as liaison between Nintendo Latin America (NLA) and internal Nintendo of America (NOA) stakeholders including Consumer Marketing, Design, Retail, Legal, Finance, Licensing and the Product Development groups.
Manage day-to-day activities for multiple external agencies including creative, media planning and trade-level/Point of Sale (POS) as needed.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Project management experience, including internal and external reporting and communication.
Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry is helpful.
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, a related field or equivalent.
Formal training in marketing practices or equivalent preferred.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $102,500 - $164,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
