We’re seeking a driven, commercially minded Sr. Sales & Account Manager to support Sabre Travel Network’s expansion across the Middle East region. This is an ideal role for someone with strong sales instincts, eager to learn from senior business development leaders and grow into a full-fledged hunter role in one of the region’s most strategic markets.
The role leans heavily toward new business development, with a focus on identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities. It also involves supporting the broader hunting team across the Middle East and contributing to key commercial activities and strategic initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contributing directly to regional sales growth.
Drive proactive outreach and lead generation efforts through prospecting, market research, and industry engagement.
Support strategic pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations in close coordination with senior sales leads.
Participate in client meetings, field visits, and regional sales initiatives to represent Sabre’s value proposition.
Assist in the onboarding and early-stage support of new clients to ensure a smooth transition and positive first experience.
Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback to help shape sales strategy and account plans.
Coordinate internally to prepare client-facing presentations, pricing structures, and product demos.
Support the regional hunting team in cross-market opportunities, special projects, and high-priority accounts.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Business Development.
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management—ideally in travel tech, distribution, or TMCs.
Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and close opportunities.
Confident communicator, capable of presenting and pitching to stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with GDS, travel industry systems, or SaaS-based sales models is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
