Senior Sales Leader Managing Director Alternative Investments

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Inspire, lead, and drive a sales organization to meet or exceed sales and bookings goals, and other expectations established by executive leadership.
  • Be accountable for business growth, achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, budget, customer and employee satisfaction etc.), and accurate business forecasting.
  • Attract and develop a diverse group of top talent who bring a unique perspective to SS&C Technologies, through best in class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our recruitment, learning and development teams.
  • Be an effective cross-functional partner to key business stakeholders such as the heads of People Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, among others.

What You Will Bring:

  • Have a strong track record of overachieving sales targets in a high volume, high growth business focused on Private Markets and Hedge space
  • Are experienced in directly leading and developing diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Have proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills including a mix of first/second line management experience and a consistent track record of hiring, developing, motivating and mentoring successful teams.
  • Have clear examples of leveraging multiple data sources to inform key decision making.
  • Have experience creating a high-energy, inclusive team culture that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment.
  • Have deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first.
  • 10+ years experience managing a sales organization

NY: Salary range for the position: $200,000 USD to $350,000 USD.
