Nintendo seeks a (Senior) SAP SCM/Procurement Business Process Expert to optimize IT processes and support project coordination. Must-haves include Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, and Process Analysis experience, coupled with strong MS Office and SAP skills. Fluency in English and German is required.

Tasks

  • Acting as an interface between Nintendo IT and Nintendo Business Departments on a European level

  • Optimizing IT processes and supporting in project coordination

  • Conducting end user trainings and creating process documentation

  • Coordinating tickets and unresolved issues for analysis

  • Coordinating testing

  • Supporting iDoc and job monitoring

  • Setting up reporting / establishing queries for monitoring the performance

Requirements

  • University or equivalent degree with a major in Business Administration or comparable qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management or Process analysis in an international company

  • Very good MS Office and SAP skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Assertiveness, hands-on-mentality and the ability to work under pressure

  • Drive for results, initiative and change orientation are key competencies
