Senior Security Engineer, Google Cloud

The Senior Security Engineer at Google Cloud will lead parser design and development for security logs, test and debug parser issues, and guide vendor teams. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-quality fetchers and parsers for processing massive datasets from various sources (networking, OS, endpoint, applications, etc.). This role requires collaborating with software engineers to identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities, and involves leading teams or technical risk analysis. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5 years in security assessments/design reviews/threat modeling, 5 years in security engineering, and 5 years of coding experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with SIEM/SOAR, Python/Javascript/Go scripting, and parser development.
