Senior Security Engineering Manager

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security engineers. Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development. - Security Architecture: Drive the design and implementation of secure systems architecture across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments. - Threat Modeling & Security Discovery: Lead efforts in proactive threat assessments and security issue analysis at ASE scale - Security Partner: Engineer solutions and processes to allow engineering teams to remediate security issues and integrate security controls - Hardening & Guardrails: Develop known-good configurations for operating system images and commonly used applications as well as engineer security sandboxes and default-safe security wrappers - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted security advisor to engineering, product, and leadership teams.
