Pearl Abyss is seeking an experienced Shader/Procedural Modeler to contribute to game development. Responsibilities include developing procedural toolsets using Houdini and Blender, creating shaders in HLSL for backgrounds, characters, and effects. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience (or equivalent skills), strong graphics knowledge, proficiency in Houdini/Blender geometry nodes, Python scripting, and HLSL shader writing. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential. Portfolio submission is mandatory and must showcase relevant skills. The role is full-time and based in the Pearl Abyss home office in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
