About Global Payment The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. We are the TikTok Payment Solutions team, dedicated to serving the payment needs of TikTok Live, Commercialization, Capcut, and more. We are committed to serving the company's business development, meeting the business needs for payment infrastructure and growth product capabilities, and pursuing business satisfaction and value. We are looking for a self-driven senior software engineer to drive payment product development. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with globalized engineering and product teams in a high-impact and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Participate in the planning, architectural design, and development delivery of international payment industry solutions for TikTok Commercialization, TikTok Live, TikTok Local Lifestyle, TikTok UG, AI Large Models, Capcut, and other businesses. - Deeply consider various technical issues during system iteration, improving team work efficiency and development delivery quality. - Have a good global perspective and end-to-end full-link thinking, be good at analyzing and deeply exploring the shortcomings of existing systems, locating system bottlenecks, and improving system performance and online service stability. - Deeply analyze business scenarios to understand user payment pain points, absorb excellent experiences from the construction of industry payment systems, and promote financial security in payments. - Have good business awareness, be good at thinking from an external perspective, have good project management and coordination communication skills, and calmly promote cross-team key projects.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, communication, or related fields preferred. - Have a solid foundation, be proficient in common data structures and algorithms, have a relatively complete knowledge system in the computer field, and apply it flexibly to actual work. - Have rich coding and Code Review experience and good coding habits, proficient in at least one of Java/Python/Golang/C++/PHP. - Have good self-motivation, communication skills, organizational skills, and team spirit. -Strong learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility for products, good communication skills, and excellent team collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: - Payment industry background is only a nice to have ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
