Job Description

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll partner with the Go-to-Market team, solving business challenges for major enterprises. You'll leverage deep expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (including Custom Models, Express, Firefly, and Frame.io) to craft impactful solutions, demonstrating quantifiable value. Responsibilities include transforming customer pain points into compelling presentations, mentoring team members, staying at the forefront of industry knowledge, and leading complex deals. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience generating content using tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar AI platforms. You'll architect API-based workflows and possess familiarity with creative production technology systems.

  • Expert understanding of cloud architecture

What will I be doing?

As a creative problem-solving partner for the Go to Market Team, Solution Consultants solve business challenges facing the largest enterprises and brands in the world. We consult on exciting opportunities that require deep proven experience and creativity. Our job is to simplify the complex, show quantifiable value in the solutions we propose and be a credible, trusted advisor for customers and your teammates. As part of this role, you will transform customer business pain into presentations and proof of values which clearly articulate the context and value of Adobe's products in the customer’s daily work stream. In this role you will also act as a leader and mentor to your Solutions Teammates, ensuring we continue our position at the forefront of industry knowledge, customer empathy and implementation.

What you will need to succeed:

Ideal Skills & Background

  • Ten years professional experience in a customer facing creative operations, production, post production, digital marketing or Solutions Consulting role.
  • First hand experience generating content using; Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Dall-E, OpenAI Sora or similar.
  • Experience leading complex deals and multi-solution opportunities
  • Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.
  • Confident architecting API based workflows across Enterprise Tech Stacks.
  • Experience with creative production technology systems; MAM, DAM, NLE’s, and other related systems
  • Experience scripting or coding in Python or JavaScript.
  • Expert understanding of cloud architecture.
  • Self-managed, adaptable, and dedicated to customer support
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with Workfront and/or Airtable a plus
  • Experience using Adobe Workfront Fusion and/or Microsoft Power Automate
  • Some travel may be required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
