As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will demonstrate how our platform catalogs and governs data with unparalleled intelligence, serving as the foundational layer that fuels accurate, responsible AI initiatives, advanced analytics, machine learning, and all next-gen data applications by providing essential context and trust.

In your role as a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of Trusted Data for both human and AI innovations. You will analyze business and technical requirements, and collaboratively create and demonstrate solutions that fundamentally redefine how they leverage data for strategic advantage and responsible AI. This involves drawing on your background in solution design, customer success stories, and industry best practices. You will also quantify the business value these solutions deliver, to highlight the value the solution can deliver. Throughout this process, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping to overcome technical and organizational hurdles to ensure smooth adoption and maximize the benefits clients gain from the Agentic Data Intelligence Platform.

From the first engagement, you will build deep technical trust, pinpoint critical business and technical obstacles, and architect compelling solutions. You will orchestrate evaluations, onboarding, and configuration, demonstrating product value through dynamic demos, interactive workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements. Your customer engagement and insights will directly fuel successful solution selection, implementation, adoption, and provide key feedback to our product and engineering teams to impact our future roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evangelize how the Agentic Data Intelligence Platform strategically integrates and provides significant value to our customer’s data management ecosystem.
• Identify risks that may derail prospects or customer realization of value.
• Strategically define and lead the architecture, definition, and delivery of solutions for our enterprise customers
• Lead, own, and execute pilots and workshops, while conveying business value, with prospects and customers
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
• Act as a lead and mentor within the Solutions Engineering team, contributing to best practices and the overall skills of the team.
• Share product feedback and propose enhancements to the Product and Engineering Teams
• Contribute data to our internal knowledge base and actively contribute to the community, sharing best practices and thought leadership.
• Willing to travel approximately 25-30% for customer, marketing, partnering, and internal company meetings and events.

What You Need:

• Ideal candidates must be self-motivated and insanely curious.
• Proven track record in enterprise cloud-based solution sales.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and/or data cataloging concepts. Knowledgeable in related technologies such as; AI, analytics (e.g., Python, SQL), database, data integration, application integration (e.g., APIs), and cloud platforms.
• Ability to uncover, understand, and communicate customer challenges and business value including; prospects' pain points, goals, and desired outcomes. Translate those needs into how delivers measurable return on investment and strategic impact.
• Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles or objections through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
• Possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in both oral and written communications, including emails, RFPs, and remote and in-person meetings.
