As a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, you will collaborate with Unity leaders to establish and oversee high-profile partnerships, ensuring their success. Your responsibilities include evaluating market opportunities, developing business cases, driving key business development activities, and leading quarterly business reviews to guarantee collaboration and intended business outcomes. The role requires the ability to translate the value of Unity products in the context of the metaverse, web3, and digital transformation. This involves identifying and developing new business opportunities while ensuring alignment with partners' initiatives and monitoring the partnerships' progress. You must be a proactive driver to achieve the set goals. The opportunity
You will work with Unity leaders across Solutions Engineering, Accelerate Solutions, Product, Engineering, Sales, Channels / Partner Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal to align on the “gives and gets” expected from these high-profile partnerships and take responsibility for ensuring the partnerships are set up for success upon launch. Note: partner management is handled by other team members.

You should possess the ability to translate the value of Unity products and solutions in the context of the metaverse, web3, evolving B2B enterprise technology ecosystem and clients’ digital transformation journeys – across a variety of industries and markets around the world.

What you'll be doing

  • Our team identifies market opportunities where Unity would benefit most from partnership and builds the business case for shared success
  • Maintain awareness of target partners’ mission-critical initiatives in order to source and develop new business opportunities where our growth ambitions are aligned
  • Once a partnership is formatized, you will help drive key business development activities to ensure KPIs are achieved and the commercial relationship is off to a strong start
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to ensure Unity and its partner are honoring plans for collaboration and intended business outcomes are being realized

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in management consulting &/or systems integration
  • Understanding of the enterprise digital transformation, cloud, mobile, AR/VR landscape
  • Ability to structure, negotiate and execute sophisticated strategic partnerships
  • You are a “driver” and leader with a consistent track record of overachieving objectives
