NICE is seeking a technical, hands-on, customer-focused Technical Account Manager for their Cloud team, specializing in AML/Fraud solutions. The role involves leading client projects on the Cloud, with a focus on Actimize Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud solutions. Responsibilities include managing the entire project lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment, overseeing project tasks like schedules, budgets, and resources, and building strong client and internal relationships. The role also requires performing data and business analysis, providing hands-on technical support, and preparing project status reports. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in technical account management, project management, or business analysis within the financial industry, with knowledge of AML regulations.
Must have:
  • 6+ years in technical account management/project management/business analysis/technical sales/consultancy
  • Financial industry knowledge and AML regulations expertise
  • Technical experience implementing systems in financial organizations
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to evaluate customer requirements and map to solutions

So, what’s the role all about?

NICE is currently seeking a technical, hands-on, customer-focused Technical Account Manager to join our growing Cloud team. This person will be responsible for leading client projects on the Cloud in the area of AML/Fraud.

 

About the team:

Our team of Technical Account Managers specializes in the cloud project delivery, with a strong focus on Actimize Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud solutions. We lead cross-functional teams in delivering secure, compliant, and scalable software that helps financial institutions detect and prevent financial crimes. With deep domain expertise, agile execution, and a commitment to regulatory alignment, we ensure every project meets the high standards of the financial services industry while staying ahead of evolving compliance requirements.

 

How will you make an impact?

· Overall responsibility throughout the project lifecycle including requirements definition, business analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment

· Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, and resources, to ensure that quality solutions are delivered within time and cost constraints

· Build and manage successful client relationships to ensure client satisfaction

· Build and manage internal relationships with R&D, Analytics, Operations, Sales

· Perform data and business analysis for the project

· Hands on support for the project technical team in configuration and testing

· Prepare project status reports and presentations to keep management, customers and others informed of the project status and issues

 

Have you got what it takes?

· 6+ years’ experience in technical account management, project management, business analysis, technical sales and consultancy

· Financial industry knowledge, with expertise in AML regulations

· Knowledge in AML/Fraud/Compliance solutions is a bonus

· Technical experience of implementing systems to financial organizations

· Proven experience managing multiple high profile projects concurrently.

· Ability to evaluate customer requirements and map these to solutions and services

· Excellent English communication skills (written/presentation) and interpersonal skills

· Proactive and customer-focused building effective relationships with customers

· Flexible and able to act under pressure meeting tight client deadlines

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment
