The role demands expertise in PBR, lighting, shading, shader creation, optimization techniques, and 3D software (3ds Max/Maya, Photoshop). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial. Experience with middleware (SpeedTree, Substance, etc.) and profiling tools (PIX) is a plus.
