We are looking for an outstanding technical content developer and instructor to join NVIDIA education-services team. In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of technical content on how to design, deploy, configure, optimize, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot NVIDIA’s networking solutions across a wide range of configurations and AI workloads.

What you’ll be doing:
Collaborate with internal and external domain experts to draft training outlines aligned with market trends and customers' requirements.
Develop training materials focused on NVIDIA’s networking solutions and their role in AI and HPC data centers.
Build engaging lab-based training, incorporating diagrams, explanatory videos, and interactive hands-on exercises.
Conduct in-person and remote training sessions for NVIDIA’s customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as the need arises.
Participate in internal test deliveries to ensure high-quality learning experiences and actively seek feedback from students, and industry partners to improve course content.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications like CCNP with relevant industry experience.
Confirmed experience in configuring L2/L3 networking protocols, including BGP, MLAG, EVPN, and VxLAN.
At least 5 years of professional experience with data center technologies, including Linux server administration, networking, virtualization, and storage.
Good communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills in English (writing sample required).
Proficiency in delivering training and presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of a matrixed organization.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Prior experience working in network support teams, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Background in building in-depth hands-on and virtual training for technical audiences.
Experience in presenting high-quality training workshops to professional technical audience.
Familiarity with IT data center design, optimization, and management.
Master’s degree in computer science, networking, engineering, or a related field.
