We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join the Core Platform organisation responsible for providing a highly reliable, scalable server-side cloud based platform that enables game teams, service/tool developers and data engineers to build, run and operate our games, including Candy Crush Saga.

As a Senior Product Manager in Core Platform, you will pair with engineering and work closely with game teams to ease their production and operation cycles, powering them to engage players in amazing gameplay experiences.

Core Platform is divided into Product Areas, which are made of Product teams. You will work at two levels, directly with one of these teams and representing and guiding the work in the related Area.

Your Role Within the Kingdom

• Lead the creation and drive of the vision, strategy and objectives of the Product Area in collaboration with the other Product Managers

• Support and help grow the other Product Managers in the Product Area. This role does not have people management responsibilities or direct reports

• Build and maintain strong collaboration relationships with your engineer peers

• Bring your experience to improve the existing product practices

• Represent the Product Area in the leadership team of Core Platform

• Create the vision and strategy for your team

• Identify, assess and prioritise opportunities of investment for your team

• Work with your team to discover the best solution for the identified opportunities and support the production and adoption stages

• Keep constant communication with stakeholders and other business and technology areas for alignment, updates and follow up of investments

• Monitor, analyse and extract insights from the performance of the products you work on

Skills to Create Thrills

• 5+ years proven experience in computing technology and cloud computing infrastructure

• 5+ years proven experience as Product Manager of digital products

• Proven experience building products for developers

• Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior leadership

• Strong experience in handling product development, following agile principles

• Experience in high-scale products used by millions of users

• Talent for building strong professional relationships with good influencing and interpersonal skills

• Inclusive, empathic, humble, and a great teammate

• Action driven, results and outcome oriented
