We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:

In this position the candidate will interact with global leaders, partners, teammates, and technologists. This role provides requisite vision, skills, and technical leadership to effectively enhance the productivity of technologists at PayPal through experiential training program enablement.

Job Description:

Must have:

• At least 10 years of experience in conducting enterprise technical training in both live and virtual classroom settings. Broad experience in teaching various levels of Software Engineers and technologists is a must. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, development, and delivery are required.

• Expertise in couple of technology stacks: Java full Stack, Front end technologies, Cloud (AWS/ GCP), Data, AI, ML
• Quick learner. Ability to problem-solve rapidly, apply sound judgement, mitigation plans, and interventions in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Hands on experience in software development

Nice to have:

• At least 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience that includes: strategy and decision making, excellent oral/written communication skills, global and multi-domain stakeholder /partner engagements, technical project leadership, planning, coordination, mentoring and team building.

• At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience. - Expertise in various technology stacks: Java, Spring/SpringBoot, REST, Asynchronous Messaging, streaming, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, React.js, TDD, GraphQL, Python, AI/ML, BigQuery, Spark, Cloud computing, Android/IOs development.
  - Extensive exposure to tools and platforms: Maven, GitHub, JDK17, CI/CD, NoteBooks, JIRA, DataDog, Harness.io, OpenAPI, Message Broker(ActiveMQ/Pulsar), TestNG/JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Shell scripts, JSON, Yaml, SDLC, Confluence, StackOverflow.

Preferred Qualification:

- Graduate / Post Graduate / Engineering in Computer Science or similar

- minimum 15 years of experience spread across software development, technology training delivery, content development and technical leadership

- Experience in leading technology Learning teams and large tech initiatives

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$107300 to $259600
