Job Description

As a Senior Technical Writer at Sprinklr, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in information development and also while reviewing the work of others, mentor information developers, and potentially define and improve processes. You will be expected to learn new technologies, coordinate effectively in a virtual team, estimate, plan, and manage multiple concurrent tasks. You will analyze technical requirements, design complex documentation solutions, and be recognized as an expert in multiple products and information development tools. This role requires a proactive, analytical approach, the ability to influence, provide decision support, and be a team player.

Job Description

  • Demonstrates information development expertise 

  • Demonstrates expertise while reviewing the work products of others 

  • Mentors information developers in areas of expertise 

  • May define some processes; recommend/develop improvements 

  • Expected to learn new technologies and continue to expand expertise 

  • Coordinates effectively in a virtual team; understands regional cultural considerations and builds tight working relationships 

  • Initiates discussions both within and outside the extended team; resolves issues; escalates issues when required 

  • Estimates, plans, and manages multiple concurrent tasks or small-projects/sub-projects 

  • Analyzes technical requirements in the area of expertise and inputs to propose solutions 

  • Design complex documentation solutions 

  • Recognized as an expert in multiple products and information development tools 

Knowledge and Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science/technical communication, or equivalent discipline  

  • Understanding of Product Life Cycle management in a systems engineering environment  

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographical regions 

  • Knowledge of information development concepts 

  • Proactive, analytical and capable of influencing and providing decision support 

  • Team Player, and mentor 

  • Technical writing undergraduate degree or demonstrated equivalent knowledge 

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in a technical writing organization good level of expertise in  specific solutions/technologies
