This role involves developing modern trade strategies for brands like Polident, Centrum, and Caltrate, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and sales/marketing frameworks. The position also requires preparing launch plans for new products, analyzing business opportunities to drive growth, and transforming projects to increase penetration. Key responsibilities include ensuring successful new product launches through collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams, understanding market needs by working closely with key accounts and field sales, and ensuring in-store execution complies with regulations. The role also involves sales forecasting, performance analysis, budget control, and talent management. Haleon fosters an inclusive and agile working culture that celebrates diversity.

You are responsible for:

Build Polident, Centrum & Caltrate modern trade strategy and ensure it is aligned to corporate strategy, operating model and all Sales & Marketing approved tools/frameworks.

Prepare Paradontax launch trade plan and channel strategy  

Lead category review, analyze business opportunities, issues and create action plan for further growth

Design transforming projects to drive penetration, track result and provide insightful suggestion

Cooperate with MKT & supply chain to ensure NPI launch successfully

Closely work with key account, regional trade marketing and field sales team to understand market needs, customer insight and ensure execution quality

Ensure in-store communication (e.g POSM) & execution be compliant with regulation and company policy

Do sales forecast based on historical data and plan; develop enhancement plan if needed

Monthly trade programs/resource efficiency analysis reports to continuously improve the ROI and generate learning

Budget control including channel funding and promotion fundingTalent growth and retention management
