Your Core Responsibilities:

Web Campaign Optimization for Gaming (Priority Focus):

  • Drive user acquisition efforts by leveraging your expertise in web marketing specifically tailored for gaming audiences.

  • Implement best practices in search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, retargeting, and web-specific strategies that resonate with gamers.

  • Optimize web campaigns for gaming communities to maximize efficiency and player engagement.

User Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies that encompass both mobile and web gaming channels.

  • Tailor campaigns to target specific audience segments, demographics, and regions using a data-centric approach that appeals to gamers.

Budget Management:

  • Manage budgets with precision, optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS) while maximizing player acquisition.

  • Make data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively across web and mobile platforms, with a focus on gaming-specific channels.

Ad Campaign Planning:

  • Plan, launch, and oversee advertising campaigns on social media, mobile ad networks, web gaming channels, and other relevant platforms.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ads that capture the attention of gaming enthusiasts.

Performance Analytics:

  • Monitor campaign performance with a keen eye on key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and gaming-specific engagement metrics.

  • Use insights to continuously refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes in the gaming sector.

ASO & SEO Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) teams to align user acquisition efforts with visibility strategies.

  • Boost organic growth by ensuring the app and web presence are discoverable by gaming audiences across app stores and search engines.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development in the gaming space.

Revenue Growth:

  • Contribute to the company’s revenue goals by acquiring high-value players and optimizing both acquisition and monetization strategies specific to gaming.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Experience in Web Campaigns for Gaming: Demonstrated success in driving user growth through optimized web marketing strategies for gaming audiences.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and adjust strategies to achieve the best results.

  • Multichannel Expertise: Knowledge of mobile and web advertising platforms, including gaming-specific channels, social media, SEM, and display networks.

  • ASO & SEO Skills: Experience in aligning user acquisition strategies with ASO and SEO practices for increased organic growth.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and gaming-specific engagement metrics.
