Senior UI Designer [T500-13608]

Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

• Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs align with user experience best practices.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Maintain design consistency and coherence across various projects.

WordPress Development:

• Convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress themes and templates.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize websites for performance and SEO.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate UI designs with backend functionality.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with creative director, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and clients.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for designing user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with WordPress development, including theme customization and plugin integration.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
