Job Details
Responsibilities:
1.根据游戏产品的视觉风格，定义游戏界面的动态视觉风格，设计制作游戏界面切换/展示等动画特效相关的资源；
2.能够独立制作UI动效demo展示，为重点版本设计符合游戏调性的有创意，炫酷的界面动效；
3.对动画节奏的运用，能沉淀自己的理论，并在能在工作中很好的结合使用；
4.对动效的实现效果与性能有深入了解，平衡两者关系保证设计品质；
5.与开发团队合作，根据项目需求，使用游戏相关编辑器制作UI动效资源，跟进设计效果最终在产品中的实现，保证设计效果实现的一致性。
Requirements:
1.游戏特效、影视等设计类相关专业优先；
2.熟悉掌握UE4粒子系统和UI材质系统；
3.有丰富设计经验和创新能力，对UI特效有一定的经验与见解；
4.较强的美术功底和素养，善于沟通与传达，能清晰的表达设计创意；
5.能用AE做出设计概设，有责任心，热爱游戏，设计追求细节品质；
6.能主动研究与学习新技术运用到工作中，有较强的学习能力；
7.熟练掌握AE，有UE经验者优先。
