You will work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, performant, and innovative products using Unreal Engine. Your expertise will help drive technical excellence, maintain high coding standards, and solve complex technical challenges.## Responsibilities:* Design, architect, and implement application systems and features in Unreal Engine.* Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to translate creative visions into technical solutions.* Teach and help the other Senior Unity developers transitioning to Unreal Engine.* Help to build the Unreal Engine workflows, best practices, standards and reusable plugins in the company from ground on.* Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of Unreal Engine projects.* Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards and best practices.* Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks throughout the development lifecycle.* Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine advancements and integrate new technologies as appropriate.* Contribute to the development of tools and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
