Job Summary

Blink is seeking a Senior UX Designer for its Embedded practice, supporting long-term client partners. This role involves producing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI using design systems, conducting competitive analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of UX design experience, proficiency in Figma, and a strong background in user-centered and design thinking methodologies. They will present work to stakeholders and solve complex problems driven by data.

Must Have

  • Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight.
  • Vast knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success.
  • Collaborate with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility.
  • Present work to product stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Strong consulting, partnership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Driven by user-centered and design thinking methodologies.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in UX design.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Figma, and other prototyping tools.
  • Clear and articulate written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Case studies that tell the story of your approach and design process to solve complex problems driven by data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Location: Remote from within the U.S.

Overview

  • Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight.
  • Vast knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to work with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges.
  • Present work to product stakeholders and leadership teams.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
