Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in designing rich, interactive web and native applications
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Ability to work independently and provide design rationale
- Experience in end-to-end product design and shipping
- Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new products and features
- Engage in ideation exploration across unique experience paradigms
- Understand user and business needs while upholding user experience principles
- Establish and evolve the design system across the product ecosystem
- Contribute to early-stage product development and maintain a high quality in design solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design concepts
- Rapidly prototype and validate design ideas, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to enhance product quality and user experience.
