Summary

A remote position is available for an experienced Senior Product Designer with a strong background in designing rich, interactive web and native applications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in modern mobile app design, proficiency in Figma, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with product management and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in designing rich, interactive web and native applications
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Strong UI/UX design skills
• Ability to work independently and provide design rationale
• Experience in end-to-end product design and shipping
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new products and features
• Engage in ideation exploration across unique experience paradigms
• Understand user and business needs while upholding user experience principles
• Establish and evolve the design system across the product ecosystem
• Contribute to early-stage product development and maintain a high quality in design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on design concepts
• Rapidly prototype and validate design ideas, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to enhance product quality and user experience.
