Senior UX UI Designer

We’re hiring a Sr. UX UI Designer for a fully remote opportunity with a multinational e-commerce company. This is a 12-month+ assignment where you’ll play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences within e-commerce platforms.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in visual design, storytelling, and interaction principles to lead and execute design initiatives from concept to final delivery. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile applications.

The role is remote, though candidates may be located near San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX. The application deadline for this role is 08/01/2025.

Sr. UX UI Designer Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive design from problem definition to final execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, researchers, and content designers.

• Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to develop your design and support your design decision.

• Create ideation, user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs, and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.

• Closely work with the design system team to align with the latest design guideline and contribute to its evolution to the next level.

• Closely collaborate with our UXR team to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and usability of our products.

Sr. UX UI Designer Qualifications:

• Have an outstanding online portfolio that shows a broad range of user experience design works from web/mobile-based applications for consumer products.

• Detail-oriented and chasing pixel perfection while being able to see the big picture.

• Efficient with design systems, information architecture, design patterns, and interaction design.

• Experience (5+ years) working as a UX Designer, preferably in the e-commerce and financial services industry, web and mobile apps.

• Experience working in an agile-based environment is a plus.

• Highly proficient in design and wireframing software such as Figma and/or Sketch.
