As a Senior Mobile UX/UI Designer at The Studio @Gameloft Paris, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design for our upcoming mobile production, in collaboration with a massive famous IP.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, and engineers, you will lead the charge in delivering an intuitive and visually stunning experience that resonates with players. This role offers the opportunity to work on a highly anticipated project with a beloved IP, pushing the boundaries of mobile gaming and delighting fans around the world.

What will you do 

• Lead the design and development of the UX/UI vision and strategy for the mobile game production, ensuring alignment with the overall creative direction and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive UX strategies and workflows that prioritize user engagement and satisfaction.
• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for various game features, including menus, HUD elements, and interactive components.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Work closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI elements into the game environment.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify areas for improvement and refine the user experience.
• Champion accessibility best practices and ensure that the game is inclusive and accessible to players of all abilities.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address UX/UI-related issues and ensure a polished and bug-free gaming experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of design decisions, guidelines, and specifications to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication across teams.

Who you are 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, within the mobile gaming industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design work, including mobile games and interactive experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent software
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, design principles, and mobile platform guidelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• A passion for innovation and creativity, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
