Responsibilities
Build website designs to support a wide range of graphic design needs for promotion, business materials, events, campaigns, and user interface.
Create designs from concept to production-ready assets in accordance with the artistic direction, production deadlines, and technical specifications, including but not limited to effect thumbnails and user interface.
Develop illustrations for products, working with product designers to make an engaging experience for users.
Conduct research on current visual design trends and analyze competitors, and create visual guides to support projects and concepts.
Perform project updates, revisions, and maintenance as required.
Brainstorm with the creative team/design team and create designs inspired by style guides.
Work and communicate with tech teams/product teams located nationally and globally to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of designs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Illustration, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Illustration, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Developing visual concepts, including generating ideas and sketches into visual concepts using Procreate and Boords, and transferring the hand drawings to digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator;
Creating vector illustrations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator;
Using Figma to build wireframes for website content layouts, page flows, site maps, and to design UI/UX;
Designing and developing brand marketing campaign creatives and identities, including website design, motion graphic design, and UI design by designing and implementing consistent brand typography, iconography, 2D & 3D graphics, and motion graphics;
Working with front end engineers to build websites, landing pages, and H5 campaigns using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or After Effects; and
Creating illustrations and editing images using Adobe Photoshop.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and/or international travel required up to 5%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $191340 - $318960 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
