Must have:
  • Degree in Public Health or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in client relationship management or consulting.
  • Experience implementing employee health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of UK health and wellbeing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident in Microsoft Office applications.
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in Public Health or a related field.
  • Recognized wellbeing or coaching certification.
  • Experience with health coaching or digital wellbeing platforms.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and health data protection.
  • Multilingual abilities.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Well-being Programme Manager to work with one of our global clients in supporting and enhancing their workplace health and wellbeing strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting WebMD services while working closely with the client’s internal teams to shape and execute a long-term, evidence-based wellbeing programme.
This is a UK-remote role, and the successful candidate will collaborate with international colleagues and stakeholders, supporting a UK client base while also aligning with a global strategy.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with the client’s internal health and wellbeing team to develop and deliver a strategic wellness programme tailored to their organisational goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of onsite and virtual wellness activities, events, and workshops.
  • Build strong relationships with internal client stakeholders (e.g., HR, Benefits, Occupational Health, Internal Communications) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage annual wellness calendars, engagement campaigns, and measure participation and outcomes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the client’s network of wellbeing champions, providing ongoing training, coaching, and support.
  • Analyse and present wellbeing data to stakeholders, supporting insight-led decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal WebMD teams to customise and implement digital tools, rewards systems, and partner integrations.
  • Champion innovation by identifying new service opportunities, process improvements, and programme enhancements.
  • Support budget management and reporting, and contribute to business case development for wellbeing initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications: 
  • A degree (or equivalent UK Level 6 qualification) in Public Health, Health Promotion, Occupational Health, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client relationship management, health & wellbeing consulting, or programme delivery.
  • Proven experience implementing employee health and wellbeing initiatives in a corporate or public sector setting.
  • Strong understanding of UK health and wellbeing priorities (e.g., mental health, DEI, hybrid work, lifestyle change, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis and reporting experience is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment across multiple time zones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally (up to 10%).
Desirable (but not required): 
  • Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
  • Recognised wellbeing or coaching certification (e.g., CIPD in Wellbeing, UKPHR registration, IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing, etc.).
  • Experience with health coaching, wellbeing champion programmes, or digital wellbeing platforms.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and health data protection in a UK workplace setting.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
