The SEO Manager will lead and execute the search engine optimization strategy for GiG and GiG’s clients, ensuring maximum visibility and traffic from organic search channels. This role demands a seasoned SEO expert with extensive knowledge of the iGaming industry, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. The SEO Manager will focus on driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and maintaining a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
* Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
* Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headlines, URLs, and content to improve search visibility and user experience.
* Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the content development process.
* Guide the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content that meets user intent and drives organic traffic.
* Implement a content calendar that aligns with SEO goals and business priorities.
* Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and overall site health.
* Work closely with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and enhancements.
* Optimize site architecture, navigation, and internal linking structures for improved search engine accessibility.
* Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
* Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
* Use data-driven insights to refine and adjust SEO strategies continuously.
* Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
* Conduct outreach and build relationships with relevant industry sites.
* Monitor and manage the company’s backlink profile to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the iGaming industry.
* Ensure all SEO activities comply with industry regulations and search engine guidelines.
* Implement ethical SEO practices to avoid penalties and ensure long-term organic success.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, design, and development to ensure cohesive execution of SEO strategies.
* Communicate SEO goals, strategies, and performance to stakeholders and clients at all levels.
* Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices and emerging trends.
Good To Have:- In-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry and its regulatory environment.
Must Have:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Search Console and Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
