JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an SEO specialist to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You'll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success.
The right candidate will have an analytical and perceptive mindset who is also a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our client’s visibility and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop SEO strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
· Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
· Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
· Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
· Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
· Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
· Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
· Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
· Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
· Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
· Prepare and present reports regularly
· Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
· Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
· Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
· Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
· In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· At least 2 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
· Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
· Experience with SEO industry programs, DeepCrawl, MOZ, ahrefs) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
· Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
· Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
· Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
· Familiarity with NUXT JS or other seamless content management systems
· Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as conversion rate optimization, is a plus
Experience with other aspects of technical SEO, such as platform migration, is a plus
