Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns via phone, email, and in-person; determining if technical solutions can be resolved remotely or escalating to the Shop Foreman/Service Manager; accurately recording data in the Dealer Management System; communicating estimated completion times and updates; coordinating vehicle delivery/pickup; and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail. This role demands excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities within a team-based environment.
