The Service Advisor IB售後服務顧問(台中) position at Tesla Taiwan in Taichung requires addressing customer concerns with high responsiveness, determining if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone or escalating to the Shop Foreman/Service Manager. The role involves accurate record-keeping in the management system, conducting transactions, communicating estimated completion times and updates to customers, coordinating vehicle details before delivery and scheduling pick-ups/drop-offs. Additional responsibilities include handling insurance claims, car body assessments, managing repair progress, quality control, collaborating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction with repairs and maintenance services. This involves welcoming customers, providing solutions, assisting with insurance claims, and managing the repair process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
• To address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
• Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager to provide immediate attention.
• Accurately record issues and data into Management System.
• Conduct Transactions with system; walk customer through correction and provide summary.
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
• Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery.
• Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer.
• Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.

- 協助汽車出險理賠相關事宜承辦
- 協助保險理賠車身估價
- 跟進保修車輛開單、進度掌控、品質監控
- 解決顧客面臨的技術問題，並與技師團隊合作，以提供顧客良好的服務
- 與廠內團隊議定維修時間，通知及與顧客講解維修情況
- 與顧客聯繫並安排車輛交還時間
- 跟進顧客並了解車輛維修後的情況，以定確保客戶滿意維修保養服務
