The Service Engineer (Contingent Worker) is responsible to serve the customer base in Maharashtra territory, considering significant requirement for service and service sales. To handle all operation and PM calls assigned with the committed SLA’s

• Complete Demo and I & C Jobs based on the projects booked
• To generate leads for new sales with increase Customer Satisfaction
• With the support of Service Associate and Zonal Service Manager
  
  
  

This position is part of the Service department located in Maharashtra and will be on-site role basically on feild.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Meet up the Response and Turn Around time on the calls assigned
• Complete all the PM’s as per the schedule
• Plan for all the I &C and Demo activities allotted
• Develop good relation with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels
• Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Mkt Teams
• Support the service team for completing documentation, coordinate between service coordinator and with the support of Zonal service manager
  
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 4-5 years’ experience with a degree in Engineering / Diploma preferably worked on Hach / similar products
• Willingness to travel
