Job Description
Tesla Motors seeks a Service Intern for its Taipei City service center. This customer-facing role requires strong customer service and technical skills. Responsibilities include preliminary inspections and repairs of Tesla vehicles, handling "Fast" projects (tire changes, door handle replacements, 12V battery replacements), "Ludicrous" projects (accessory installation, remote battery replacement), part replacements (under mechanic guidance), operating power and workshop tools, conducting workshop equipment checks, and performing pre-delivery inspections (PDI). Maintaining cleanliness of vehicles, tools, and the service center is also crucial. Excellent oral and written communication is essential.

Position DescriptionThe Role Tesla Motors is looking for a vehicle service superstar to join our team as a Service Intern working on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position is customer facing, so solid customer service skills combined with exceptional “hands on” technical ability go hand in hand. This position is located at the service center. Communication is highly important. Excellent Oral and Written communication required. If you are able to deliver strong customer satisfaction consistently, are motivated and a team player, we are interested in speaking with you.
