Service Network Compliance Manager

As a Service Network Compliance Manager, you will play a vital role within the Tesla Service network. In this position, you will be part of the Turkiye Service team, significantly impacting Tesla’s Service operation and development. You will be responsible for ensuring all external Tesla Approved Quick Service locations adhere to our audit and compliance standards.

This position requires someone that is flexible, has strong stakeholder management, proven track record of problem solving, with a high level of Service or After Sales experience.

• Support communications, completion, and coordination of audits on the Tesla Quick Service Network
• Perform physical audits where a reputable 3rd party auditor is not available
• Analyse completed repairs to verify correct repair procedures and flat rate times are followed
• Review estimates to identify opportunities to reduce costs and drive efficiency
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency. This includes standardizing processes/procedures, improve resource management, and training improvements
• Manage tasks and information flow using collaboration software (such as Jira, Confluence, and custom databases)
• Collaborate cross-functionally on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Work closely with EHS and Infrastructure teams to certify location compliance across Turkiye , also ensuring legislation changes are acted upon when related to processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned
