The Service Network Compliance Manager at Tesla will ensure all external Tesla Approved Quick Service locations in Turkey adhere to audit and compliance standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits (physical and via third-party reports), analyzing repairs to verify correct procedures and flat rates, identifying cost reduction and efficiency opportunities, managing tasks using collaboration software (Jira, Confluence), collaborating cross-functionally on multiple projects, working with EHS and Infrastructure teams to ensure location compliance, and handling related duties. The ideal candidate has extensive European service workshop experience, audit management skills, excellent communication (Turkish and English), and experience coordinating technical and non-technical teams.
